Fruit trees are typically planted in a dispersed manner with uneven spacing. The trees are tall, have large canopies, and multiple layers of leaves. The air pressure generated by drones may not penetrate the fruit trees from top to bottom. Many pests reside on the underside of the leaves, and due to the dense and tall tree crowns, drones are unable to effectively spray pesticides. This is particularly challenging for tall and densely packed fruit trees such as bananas, betel nuts, nuts, and palm trees. Traditional single-rotor misting nozzles struggle to penetrate such trees. 

Therefore, based on market demand and industry challenges, a high-speed bidirectional rotating misting disc centrifugal nozzle is designed. It utilizes dual motors to drive the internal disc counterclockwise and the external disc clockwise, creating high-speed cutting of water mist in both directions. This achieves a water mist particles ranging from 30 to 50 micrometers. The mist is then pressed onto the fruit trees by the propeller air pressure. Due to the extremely fine mist particles, they are effectively adsorbed on the front and back surfaces of the leaves through the downward air current generated by the drone, rotating within the fruit tree canopy.

Note: 
The nozzle cannot run idly, and the water pump needs to be turned on at the same time (need the flow of liquid medicine to cool the motor of the nozzle).
When you use 14S power supply, use the sprinkler rotation speed at 95% (analog 1000-1950)
When you use 18S power supply, use the sprinkler rotation speed at 85% (analog 1000-1850)
The nozzle must be turned off when the liquid medicine is finished. Every time the operation is completed, a tank of clean water must be filled, plus cleaning fluid, the centrifugal nozzle is turned on, after spraying a tank of water, it is idling for 30 seconds. The purpose is to clean the residual pesticides to prevent corrosion, solidification, and damage to the motor bearings

Maintenance:
After complete each operation, please fill clean liquid to the tank and then turn on the nozzle to spray. After it sprays all the liquid, keep it idling for about 1 minutes.
