Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

ARRISHOBBY can ship the items to all the countries in the world. If you could not find your country in the countrylist, you can contact us, we will add them. 
 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

 

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

 

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

 

Processing time: 

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Generally, we will send the order out in 48 business hours after you place the order on the website successfully. 

 

Shipping time: 

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

If the product you purchased contains a lipo battery, we will choose the express delivery method that allows you to transport it according to international air traffic regulations. DHL and Priority Line are currently available for direct mail delivery from China, where DHL can only ship model products with ARRIS lipo batteries. Usually, the delivery time of the package with the battery will be 3-5 days later than the ordinary package.
 

Note: The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.

Return Policy
For the following situations, we accept customer to return the items to us.

 

1. The products is factory defective or damaged during the transportation

Process:

Please download the form, fill in information and send it to your service mailbox.

We will answer your email after we receive it and tell you how to solve it. If we confirm the item is factory defective or damaged during the transportation, we usually have the following way to solve the problem: you return the defective item and we will send a new one to you; refund the money to you and you returned the item to us; send replacement parts to you and etc;

If the items need to be returned, we will send a RMA form through email. Customer need to print the form out, and send with the parcel to the specified address we require. 

After we get the product, we will send you a new one or return your money according to the agreement we had.

 

2. Buy the products by mistake (The item must be in new and unused condition, and it should be in its original box)

Process:

Please download the form, fill in information and send it to our service mailbox.

We will send a RMA form through email. Please print it and send it with the package to the specified address.

Once we get the item, we will refund you. Please note: we will take 20% of transaction price as the restocking fee; and you need to pay the shipping take the responsibility of any risk on the way to us..
