We try to simplify returning process as far as possible..

1. The products is factory defective or damaged during the transportation

Process:

Please download the form, fill in information and send it to your service mailbox.

We will answer your email after we receive it and tell you how to solve it. If we confirm the item is factory defective or damaged during the transportation, we usually have the following way to solve the problem: you return the defective item and we will send a new one to you; refund the money to you and you returned the item to us; send replacement parts to you and etc;

If the items need to be returned, we will send a RMA form through email. Customer need to print the form out, and send with the parcel to the specified address we require. 

After we get the product, we will send you a new one or return your money according to the agreement we had.

 

2. Buy the products by mistake (The item must be in new and unused condition, and it should be in its original box)

Process:

Please download the form, fill in information and send it to our service mailbox.

We will send a RMA form through email. Please print it and send it with the package to the specified address.

Once we get the item, we will refund you. Please note: we will take 20% of transaction price as the restocking fee; and you need to pay the shipping take the responsibility of any risk on the way to us..
